Who is responsible

Claude Academy. The person in charge of protecting personal information is Denis Laflamme, [email protected].

What we collect

• Your name and email, to create your copy and send your login.
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• What you put in your copy: brand details, content you make, and your Claude key (saved encrypted).

Why

Only to provide your copy, bill your subscription, support you and keep backups. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is hosted (outside Quebec)

Your copy and its backups are hosted in the United States by Railway. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you use Brand OS, your requests are sent to Anthropic with your own Claude key. These providers are outside Quebec and are subject to the laws of where they operate.

How long we keep it

While your subscription is active. After you cancel, your copy is deleted 30 days after it closes, and backups roll off after that. Stripe keeps billing records as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

Each copy has its own login, its own storage and an encrypted key store. If an incident could cause you serious harm, we tell you and the Commission.
