Terms of service

1. The service

Brand OS is sold by Claude Academy (contact: [email protected]). Each subscriber gets their own private copy of Brand OS, hosted for them, with their own login.

2. Price and billing

$149 CAD per month, billed by Stripe on the same day each month, starting on the day you pay. There is no free trial. No sales tax is added at this time. Founding seats are limited to 10; when they are gone, the payment page closes.

3. Setup

We set up your copy and email your login within 48 hours of payment.

4. Your Claude key

Brand OS runs with your own Claude key from Anthropic. Anthropic bills you directly for that usage, under its own terms. Your key is saved encrypted in your copy.

5. Your content

What you put in your copy (brand details, ideas, ads, pages) is yours. We only access it to set up, maintain or restore your copy, or when you ask us to help.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Brand OS to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, or to attack the service. We may suspend a copy that does.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. After that, your copy stays open 7 more days (grace period), we offer you a full backup of your data, and your copy and its data are deleted 30 days after it closes. 8. Availability and backups

We keep backups and work to keep your copy online, but we cannot promise it will never be down. Keep your own backup of anything important.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other law that applies to you.

10. Changes

If we change these terms or the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the change applies.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
